OneStep Telecom Solutions. (OTS) is a %100 Canadian-owned and one of the pioneers of the competitive residential telecommunication reseller company based in Ottawa, Ontario. It is an online wholesale and retail store operator and competitive local exchange carrier for Internet service, providing a fast service that utilizes existing infrastructure from Bell Canada and Rogers Communications.

OneStep does not employ technical Internet traffic management practices ("ITMPs") to manage the use of bandwidth on its network. However, some underlying carriers from which Onestep must purchases high-speed access services in order to provide its high-speed Internet access services to its customers do employ ITMPs. In such cases, those underlying carriers' ITMPs are unavoidably flowed through to Onestep’s high-speed Internet access services.
